■ Position Summary - The basic function of the Quality Assurance Vision Inspector is to ensure the functions in the Responsibilities section are performed in an effective manner.
Experience/Job Requirements
Well organized
Must possess a high level of energy
Able to communicate well with others
Accuracy in checking and recording
cGMP experience preferred
Math: Must be able to add, multiply, divide, subtract and handle measurements.
Language: Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English to interact with co-workers and customers.
Spatial: Must have excellent eyesight, hearing, and depth perception
Training
Specific label inspection training is given for the first thirty days but not limited to those thirty days.
Ongoing GMP training will be part of the Quality Assurance program
Ongoing SOP training will be conducted as needed.
All training seminars are to be documented and signed by instructor and attendees.
All new procedures will have a formal training session prior to being utilized by AWT Labels & Packaging, Healthcare.
Responsibilities – Include but not limited to:
Reports directly to the Manager, Quality Assurance.
Directly responsible for inspecting clinical labels for any defects
integration and label inspection, if required.
Each inspector will be required to complete a set number of labels based on targets previously determined for his/her own work and is required to report any/all errors to the Quality Assurance Manager.
Perform Quality Assurance on 100% of all orders.
Inspect all packages prior to shipping, if required.
Prepare packing slips and C of Cs, if required.
Ensure all appropriate documents are correct and signed off on.
Ensure all counts are 100% accurate.
Assist with training as directed, if required.
Interface with all other departments to ensure all work is being completed in concert with overall company goals.
It will be the responsibility of the employee to carry out GMP and SOP procedures with the day-to-day operations at the company.
Perform any additional tasks needed to assist the company with day to day operation.
Measures of Performance
All orders are inspected on time and properly executed
All procedures are being followed
Errors in the work are held to an acceptable level

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
