We are looking for a dependable Truck Loader to join our growing organization and help ensure our glass products are loaded safely and efficiently for delivery.\n\nJob Overview\nAs a Truck Loader, you will play a vital role in preparing outgoing glass and materials for safe transport to our wholesale customers. This is a hands-on, physically active position that requires attention to detail, safety awareness, and strong teamwork. Your reliability and work ethic directly support our promise of quality and exceptional customer service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSafely load glass and materials onto delivery trucks according to load sheets\nInspect materials prior to loading to ensure quality and accuracy\nOperate forklifts or cranes as needed (not primary loading method)\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe loading area\nFollow all safety procedures and company guidelines\n\nSkills & Requirements\n\nAbility to lift up to 75 pounds independently and frequently\nFrequent lifting, bending, twisting, squatting, and pulling\nAbility to stand for extended periods\nComfortable working in hot and cold conditions depending on weather\nClean driving record and valid driver’s license\nReliable transportation\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nStrong communication skills and positive attitude\nForklift/crane certification or ability to obtain\nMust pass a pre-employment drug screening\nMust pass a background check\n\nSchedule & Pay\nMonday – Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM\n\nOvertime as needed\n\nStarting pay: $17/hour\n\nMajor holidays off\n\nWhy Join AGF Glass?\nWhen you join AGF Glass, you’re not just taking a job — you’re becoming part of a team that values integrity, commitment, teamwork, and putting the customer first.
