These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.\n\nWe are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.\n\nJob Description\nWhat you’ll do\n\nMonthly/Quarterly program forecast reviews.\n\nBudget Variance analysis including Estimate To Complete (ETC), Estimate At Complete (EAC), and Budget Baseline analysis.\n\nAnalyze and validate project costs; analyze project performance status and identify financial risks.\n\nSales Forecasting.\n\nAssist and support the reconciliation of contracts for revenue recognition, funding, percent complete, customer billings, and CDRLs.\n\nParticipate in project cost review meetings.\n\nPrepare presentations and host Program Financial Review meetings with senior management.\n\nSupport financial audits as necessary.\n\nPrepare adhoc reports and analysis as necessary.\n\nDaily availability to include evenings and weekends when necessary to reach goals and deadlines.\n\nWhat you need\n\nBachelor's degree (B.A.) in Accounting or Finance from four-year college or university\n\nIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word\n\nPower BI Experience (preferred)\n\nThrives in a continuously changing environment\n\nAbility to communicate with all levels of management effectively and respectfully, both verbally and written\n\nAbility to solve problems using complex sources of data\n\nAbility to understand and navigate multiple projects with demanding deadlines\n\nProven experience working in a team environment with all levels of management\n\nDemonstrates critical thinking and analytical skills, while maintaining attention to detail and effective time management/organization\n\nExperience with Government accounting requirements and various contract types (fixed price, cost plus, T&M, IDIQ, etc)\n\nU.S. citizenship (required)\n\nWhat we offer\n\nCompetitive salary and comprehensive health benefits\n\n401(k) with company match and retirement plans\n\nPaid time off and flexible work arrangements\n\nProfessional development and training opportunities\n\nA collaborative environment focused on innovation and growth\n\nSalary Range\n$62,800.00-$83,700.000\n\nThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
