Patient Concierge

Every employee's growth is integral to our success, and their success is ours. We have a NEW part-time position as a Patient Concierge in our Laboratory. This is a Tuesday - Friday 10:00 am - 4:30 pm position. This position is responsible for greeting and assisting patients upon arrival to the lab. They will provide a warm and welcoming environment by providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Routing patient concerns and compliments to the Laboratory Manager Responding quickly to patient feedback and demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues Scheduling laboratory appointments, as needed Printing laboratory requisitions, as needed Attendance, punctuality, and reliability are not just expectations but essential qualities for success in this role, reflecting the stability and professionalism of our work environment.
