Procon now seeks a Senior Program Manager for a long-term opportunity in the Washington, DC area.\r\nThe candidate will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to construction management, quality assurance, project controls, design/build, architecture and engineering, space management, facilities management, real estate, and leasing of complex construction projects.\r\nQualifications and Skills\r\nBachelor's degree in Structural Engineering (required).\r\n15+ years of responsible experience as an owner's representative, project facilitator, construction manager, or design and construction contracting experience.\r\nA CCM, PMP, P.E., or A.IA. certification (required).\r\nExcellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively facilitate meetings.\r\nExperience working in dynamic environments around guest or facility activity.\r\nPreferred: experience with occupied renovation.\r\nResponsibilities And Duties\r\nOversee the operational execution of multiple concurrent projects within an assigned Program, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.\r\nLead, organize, and manage CMS staff across the Program, including workforce planning, task assignments, performance oversight, and professional development.\r\nDirectly supervise project execution activities, ensuring deliverables meet contractual, technical, and regulatory requirements.\r\nManage Program budgets and cost controls, tracking expenditures and forecasting financial performance to ensure cost objectives are achieved.\r\nDevelop and maintain Program schedules, monitoring milestones and proactively addressing risks, issues, and resource constraints.\r\nLead recruiting, onboarding, and training efforts for Program staff to ensure adequate staffing levels and technical competency.\r\nProvide regular status updates, performance metrics, and analytical reports to senior leadership and stakeholders on Program and project progress.\r\nEnsure effective coordination and communication among internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.\r\nImplement best practices for Program management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.\r\nDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with relevant computer applications and project management tools.\r\nUtilize experience with Government contracting to support compliance with contractual obligations, procurement processes, and agency standards (preferred).\r\nBenefits\r\nSalary commensurate with experience.
