Hornets Hoops Coach (Part Time)

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRun and instruct stations and drillsCoach teams in 5 vs 5 formatProvide an atmosphere for developing high morale, positive reinforcement, and well-being among the campsStrong communication and customer service skillsHelp coordinate various aspects of the Hornets Youth Basketball programs, including event logistics, registration, setup, and breakdown Required Skills, Experience and Abilities To perform the job successfully, you should demonstrate the following competencies: Previous experience working at children's sports campsBasketball experience is highly desiredStrong work ethicAbility to shape research, data, and collected intel into strategyExcellent communication skillsAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentialityPresents self in professional manner and have ability to interact with all levels of organization and outside contactsStrong interpersonal skills - listens to others, works well in a team environmentAble to adjust to changes in the work environment and manage competing demandsConsistently at work on time, follows instructions, and respond to manager's instructionsMust be able lift up to 50lbsAbility to stand for extended periods of time, bend and other duties associated with basic basketball skills
