Server Analyst

Position summary: The Server Analyst will begin their day by performing various monitoring activities and health checks. These tasks include checking job status, reviewing operational dashboards, and checking/reviewing email notifications.The next phase of the day would be focused on incident response and problem management. These tasks would include incident ticket assignments, troubleshooting monitoring alerts and providing technical assistance to our customers.There will be some project work involvement, training/knowledge sharing events, system maintenance and remediation tasks and various continued improvement activities.Required technologies: Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)Enterprise infrastructure management experienceAnsibleScripting languages, such as Bash, Perl, and YAMLNice to have: AIXSolarisIT vulnerability managementSecurity and complianceWork location: Partial onsite (Tues., Wed., Thurs., onsite and as needed) in Columbia, SC
