This is a fully staffed, well-run household with clear structure, high standards, and a calm, organized environment.We are looking for a true professional. Someone grounded, composed, and highly experienced with newborns. The right candidate brings a steady presence, no nervous energy, and operates with quiet confidence and ease.This role is best suited for someone who is deeply comfortable in their expertise, works seamlessly within a team, and values consistency, discretion, and excellence.Newborn Care & DevelopmentProvide attentive, developmentally appropriate care throughout the dayMaintain calm, consistent routines and smooth transitionsSupport feeding, sleep, and early developmental milestonesEngage in simple, enriching activities (reading, sensory play, outdoor time)Foster a peaceful, regulated environment for the childTeam CoordinationExecute clean, efficient handoffs with the Night Nurse (verbal + written updates)Maintain accurate daily logs (feeding, sleep, mood, milestones)Operate as part of a cohesive, respectful formal household teamOrganization & StandardsMaintain order and cleanliness in all child-related areasManage baby items, wardrobe, and supplies with care and attention to detailHandle children’s laundry (including delicate items)Travel with the family as neededRequirements:Experience & Qualifications7+ years of private household experience, with strong newborn expertisePrior experience in structured, fully staffed homes preferredDeeply calm, steady, and emotionally regulated presenceNo nervous energy, no over-talking, no chaosHighly organized, detail-oriented, and reliableStrong communicator who respects systems and boundariesDiscreet, polished, and professional at all timesCompensation & BenefitsCompensation is DOEHealthcare benefitsPaid time off (PTO)Guaranteed hoursProfessional development support (certifications, workshops, training)
