Working directly with technical leadership and in close partnership with design and product management, you will help define what gets built, how it gets built, and how it serves Intelligence and Security staff around the world. The environment is hands-on, autonomous, and built for people who are comfortable moving through ambiguity, making thoughtful tradeoff decisions, and building with urgency.\r\nResponsibilities Deliver product experiences built on the T1 Artificial Intelligence and Networking platforms, serving the needs of Intelligence and Security staff around the world.\r\nCollaborate with Design and Product Management on feature design, delivery schedule and trade off decision points.\r\nBe a product owner - there are no tickets to crunch here, be an active builder and designer, shaping the direction of T1's code and features.\r\nBuild and innovate on our front end architecture and design system which is a Vue 3 client on a Golang server, with a MongoDB storage layer.\r\nRequirements\r\nDesired Experience: 8+ Years working in Product Engineering or Front End Client development positions.\r\nReactive framework experience (Vue, React, Unity etc)\r\nExperience with Golang and MongoDB.\r\nExperience with API design and best practices for REST and GraphQL\r\nYou have demonstrable experience working through ambiguity, navigating uncertain product domains, or becoming involved cross functionally.\r\nYou've been involved in technical design review processes, review boards, or similar thoughtful exercises on technical design considerations.\r\nExperience collaborating with CTO or engineering leadership.\r\nExperience in defense, military intelligence, security, or another regulated environment is a plus.\r\nStartup Culture Expectations: We're a small, fully remote, team and everything is our responsibility.\r\nOur team thrives on autonomy, trust and solid communication.\r\nEveryone on the Team needs to be very comfortable with constant change, moving fast, sharing failures, embracing grit, and building things themselves.
