This project involves a blend of deep technical execution and high-level business strategy within their Lending vertical. This is a high-impact role that requires a self-motivated professional who can hit the ground running and deliver results quickly.Key Responsibilities & DeliverablesThis role is focused on the successful completion of specific tasks and deliverables. Your responsibilities will include:Ad-Hoc Problem Solving: Investigating sudden performance shifts (e.g., \"Why did conversions drop for this client?\") using various data joins and deep-dive analysis.Advanced Analytics: Transitioning from identifying problems to proposing solutions via regression analysis, cohort analysis, and other statistical methods.Optimization & Ranking: Driving consumer acquisition by ranking pre-approved offers based on a dual-metric of client revenue and likelihood of approval.Data Management: Handling proprietary data, 3rd-party uploads, and complex data environments to ramp up client systems.Client-Facing Presence: Presenting data and recommendations directly to clients in high-stakes meetings with confidence and clarity.Required Skills & Experience:We are looking for someone with a proven track record of successful engagements. The ideal candidate will have:4+ years of experience in a similar role (Senior Manager caliber; individual contributor focus).Deep expertise in Advanced SQL and Python for automating reporting functions. This isn't a learning role—you need to be a subject matter expert.Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and manage your own time effectively to meet project goals.Experience with Statistics, Mathematics, Quantitative Analysis, or Economics.
