Expose operators also use conveyor developing equipment and large baking ovens to finish the imaging process in preparation for etching and other operations.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\n\nCheck, maintains and registers photo tools for use.\nPerform exposing processes per general instructions to achieve uniform image of customer product.\nPerform developing processes per general instructions to remove unexposed resist and bake sheets in preparation for etch.\nRead and applies special instructions when applicable.\nReport defective materials or questionable conditions to the department Lead.\nMaintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.\nPerform prescribed preventive maintenance on machines as required per P.M. charts.\nComplete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.\nWork as a team member with peers and leadership to achieve production demands.\n\nCompetencies\n\nAbility to read and write with legible penmanship.\nAbility to focus.\nKnowledge retention.\nStrong time management skills with attention to details.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nThoroughness.\n\nPosition Type/Expected Hours of Work\nThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (3:30pm – 12:00a.m. for second shift). Occasional overtime as deemed by management and production needs.
