Restaurant Manager

Knotty Barrel is hiring. Full Time Restaurant Manager; must have minimum of 5 years experience in a restaurant/bar setting with 2 year minimum experience in a management role. Responsibilities and Duties Works well with a team. It takes more than just you to keep this ship afloat. It takes a great team to put out a great product and amazing service. You are not just a manager, you are a teacher, trainer, and a mentor. Good knowledge of craft beer and craft cocktails. Love of sports. Available to work 7 days a week, days, late nights, and/or holidays as well as the ability to work up to a 50 hour work week. Qualifications and Skills Multi-tasker - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize needs. Thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Attention to detail and focused on getting the job done in the right way always. Ability to take direction as well as delegate task accordingly and lead by example. Easily interacts with diverse employees and possesses strong interpersonal communication skills. Comfortable with computers, email, mobile technology as well as POS systems and reporting. Able to lift and carry at least 60lbs and stand for 8+ plus hours.
