This role will support the Front Office Manager.\r\nEssential Functions Oversee daily front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest inquiries.\r\nEnsure all front desk procedures align with hotel policies and brand standards.\r\nMaintain accuracy with guest records, billing and payment processing.\r\nOversee cash handling procedures, deposits and billing accuracy.\r\nCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.\r\nFoster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among associates.\r\nMonitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback.\r\nRecruit, train, schedule and supervise front desk associates.\r\nAddress and resolve guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.\r\nRequirements Preferred: Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.\r\n3–5 years of experience in front desk or hotel operations, with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory role.\r\nExperience with property management systems and hotel reservation software preferred.\r\nExcellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.\r\nStrong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.\r\nAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.\r\nCompensation $54,000 - $58,000\r\nEqual Opportunity Employer Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
