For candidates who want to grow into owning scope, budget, and delivery decisions, this role is a strong launchpad toward Associate PM and PM positions.\n\nResponsibilities\nExecute defined intake and project setup processes in SPP\nMaintain accurate forecasts, resource requests, and project data\nEnforce documented gates and requirements, including holding for hard stops when information is incomplete\nOwn status reporting; coordinate meetings, capture notes, and track action items\nMaintain RAID logs, Confluence documentation, and status-report inputs\nEscalate gaps, risks, or blockers early and clearly\nSupport the Project Manager or TPM on logistics and administrative tasks — this role does not own scope, budget, or delivery decisions\nWhile it varies by position, most positions could have up to 10% travel for company or client business purposes\n\nExpectations\nIn this role, you will be expected to provide accurate, timely, and well-organized operational support that teams and clients can rely on.
