Mechanical AssemblerThe Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling, testing, and preparing mechanical equipment according to engineering specifications, customer requirements, and bill-of-material (BOM) documentation. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.Key Responsibilities:Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies in accordance with bill-of-material (BOM) requirementsPerform functional testing on mechanical assemblies to verify performance and qualityTest-assemble equipment to meet customer and internal division criteriaOperate test equipment in compliance with engineering standards and proceduresApply proper settings, calibrate, and maintain assembly and test toolsInspect completed assemblies and prepare products for shipmentFollow work instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards at all timesRequired Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent1+ year of relevant mechanical assembly or testing experienceStrong mechanical background with hands-on assembly skillsAbility to accurately follow written and verbal instructionsAttention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workPreferred Skills (Optional, if you choose to include):Experience reading mechanical drawings or schematicsFamiliarity with calibration and test equipmentBasic troubleshooting skills
