This entails 4-days per week working onsite at the Postal MTCS in Norman, OK and one day per week work from home (WFH).\nIn this role, you will support our internal ServiceNow instance and Customer Portals, and facilitate internal ServiceNow development, implementations and delivery goals. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will leverage your knowledge and experience to deliver end-to-end automated solutions, including the technical implementation of IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, workflow customization, ticketing, process automation, report development, dashboard creation, and system configuration.\nRequirements:\nMust be able to obtain Public Trust Clearance.\nBachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline.\nAt least 5 years of experience in Software Development, System Administration, or a related technical field.\nMinimum of 3 years of ServiceNow ITSM experience in a development or consulting role.\nExperience working in an Agile environment with tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps.\nPrior experience supporting government agencies or contracts.\nStrong organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.\nDemonstrated experience in managing and administering ServiceNow, including platform configuration, upgrades, and technical troubleshooting.\nHands-on development experience with custom workflows, scripts, portal design, and system integrations within ServiceNow.\nStrong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, and ITSM best practices.\nProficiency in JavaScript, with working knowledge of SQL, HTML, and CSS.\nAbility to implement and maintain automated processes and workflows.\nExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.\nExperience providing user training and technical documentation.\nSkilled in problem-solving and root cause analysis.\nFamiliarity with IT security policies, firewalls, and cybersecurity principles in a government context.\nNote: To be considered candidates must be able to obtain a USPS Public Trust background clearance.
