Duties include general clerical and project-based work.A day in the life of this position may include:Assemble Tax ReturnsAssist Tax Department Administrator as necessarySupport all professionals within the Tax Department, including handling general clerical work such as scanning projects and preparing letters, forms, reports, and other project-based workMaintain tax assembly inventory supplies for assembly workstations and scanning areaOrder supplies as neededProvide backup support to Miami tax administrative staffProvide backup phone coverage support for Miami receptionistAssist with ad hoc requests from other departments as neededWhat you bring:Five (5) or more years of experience in an administrative roleExperience processing tax returnsBachelor's DegreePrior experience working in a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) firmExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong Microsoft Word and Excel required and knowledge of PowerPointAbility to manage multiple priorities and be a self-starterMust be detail oriented, a team player and possess excellent organizational skillsAbility to work additional hours as neededProfessional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentialityIf you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
