The Clinical Manager will provide leadership, supervision, quality assurance oversight, and operational support to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with organizational, state, and federal standards.This position plays a key role in supporting clinical staff, improving patient outcomes, ensuring documentation compliance, and strengthening overall program performance.Supervisory ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day clinical operations for behavioral health services within IllinoisProvide supervision, coaching, and support to therapists and clinical staffConduct quality assurance audits and ensure compliance with state, federal, CMS, and organizational standardsReview clinical documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and qualitySupport staff onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical developmentAssist with performance improvement initiatives and corrective action plans when neededProvide management at our Northbrook, Schaumburg and/ or Tinley Park locations.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with operations, credentialing, billing, and leadership teamsMonitor productivity, patient engagement, and clinical outcomesEnsure staff adherence to safety planning, crisis intervention, and reporting proceduresSupport implementation and optimization of EMR/clinical platformsParticipate in meetings, audits, and leadership initiativesSee 15 clients per week through a combination of in-office and telehealth appointments.Performs other duties as assignedQualificationsMaster's degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, or counseling.Active Illinois clinical license required (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent).Minimum of 2+ years of behavioral health clinical experience.Previous leadership or management experience required.Strong knowledge of behavioral health documentation standards and compliance requirements.Experience with quality assurance and clinical auditing preferred.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Experience working with telehealth and multidisciplinary teams preferred.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience and licensureProfessional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentSchedule:Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 8:30am-5:00pmTuesday, Thursday, 11:00am-7:30pmPhysical Requirements:Must be able to travel using personal vehicle to complete outreach visits. Mileage reimbursement for the use of your vehicle is at a standard rate. Prolonged periods of sitting at an office desk on the computer. Lifting: Able to lift up to 15lbs. Work Location:In-person schedule at multiple locations- Tinley Park, IL / Schaumburg, IL / Northbrook, IL.
