As a merchant, getting paid should be simple and fair.\r\nThe engineering team brings the mission of Part3 to life. To achieve that mission, Engineers are involved in all stages of the product development and deployment lifecycle: idea generation, user interviews, planning, design, prototyping, execution, shipping, and iteration. Engineers drive the technical vision for how Part3 moves money and provides a superior payment experience. This role spans the stack, from the core financial APIs to financial integrations and user-facing front-end components.\r\nEngineers work on projects that span technologies, systems, and processes where new code is designed, tested, and shipped every day. They work across functions and collaborate directly with customers.\r\nYou will\r\nWork with a wide range of systems, processes and technologies to own and solve problems from end-to-end.\r\nBuild new features for internal and external users.\r\nCollaborate with stakeholders across the organization such as experts product, design, infrastructure, and operations.\r\nHelp define and lead the technical roadmap for Money Movement.\r\nCreate highly reliable and accurate systems that power the payment rails and money movement aspects of Part3.\r\nOwn problems end-to-end, thinking through everything from system design, data modeling, scalability, operability and ongoing metrics.\r\nDesign, build, and maintain APIs, services, and systems.\r\nDebug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.\r\nImprove engineering standards, tooling, and processes.\r\nQualifications This role may be a fit for you if\r\nHave ideally 7+ years of experience shipping high-quality software products.\r\nEnjoy being a generalist working on both the frontend, backend, and anything it takes to solve problems and delight users both internally and externally.\r\nThrive in a collaborative environment involving different stakeholders and subject matter experts.\r\nYou are self-driven and highly motivated to deliver top-tier solutions with minimal guidance.\r\nYou are able to adapt quickly to changes in business requirements and work in an agile environment.\r\nTake pride in working on projects to successful completion involving a wide variety of technologies and systems.\r\nHave solid experience in architecting and designing large-scale and complex systems that delivered critical impact to a well-known business.\r\nYou are passionate about building user interfaces that enable users to solve their problems.\r\nFamiliarity with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and other technical tools.\r\nPayment experience is a plus but not a requirement.\r\nAdditional Information This role may be remote or at our Boston HQ.\r\nAt Part3, we're looking for people who are hungry, humble, and smart.
