Our clients and partners range from some of the largest banks and payment processors in the U.S. to billers across healthcare, government, nonprofit, insurance, and other markets.This role owns the full implementation lifecycle — from statement of work through go-live and post-launch support — and is a strong fit for someone who's comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects, translating technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders, and solving problems before they become escalations.Key Responsibilities: Project Management●       Manage implementation projects end-to-end to ensure on-time, successful completion●       Coordinate and prioritize engineering tasks required for implementation, integration, and product customization●       Track project status and proactively communicate risks, blockers, and timeline changes to stakeholders Client Onboarding & Delivery●       Lead all activities required to implement services: onboarding, test support, training, and documentation delivery●       Guide clients through transition to production, including go-live readiness and cutover planning●       Provide post-implementation support to ensure client success after launch Cross-Functional Collaboration●       Partner with Engineering to scope, estimate, and deliver custom development required by clients●       Partner with Product Management to confirm availability and timing of feature enhancements●       Prepare and deliver client solution, project plan, certification documents and other client-facing communicationsDocumentation ●       Create and maintain documentation used by clients throughout implementation, including test scripts and training materials●       Keep internal and client-facing documentation current as products and processes evolveRequired Qualifications ●       4–6 years of experience in a client-facing consulting, project management, or implementation role (remote work environment experience a plus)●       Experience with payment systems or financial technology●       Working knowledge of project/ticket tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)●       Demonstrated experience with the design, implementation, and delivery of technology-based solutions●       Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills●       Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment●       Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues before they arisePreferred Qualifications ●       Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field●       Familiarity with API-based integrations and technical configuration work●       Comfortable using AI tools to speed up project delivery●       Genuine enthusiasm for technology and a passion for customer serviceCompensation & Benefits ·      Competitive base salary plus participation in Company’s annual bonus plan and stock optionsWe offer a competitive benefits program including:·       Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance·       401(k) plan·       Health Savings Accounts·       Unlimited PTO·       Incentive stock option plan·       Tuition reimbursement Interested candidates should send their resume and cover letter to hr@aliaswire.com with reference to “Implementation Manager” in the subject line.About AliaswireAliaswire is a longtime innovator in fintech and payments with over 7,000 customers.
