In this pivotal role, you will manage a diverse caseload from pre-suit through litigation, advocating fiercely for injury victims and achieving optimal case resolutions. If you are passionate about personal injury law and eager to grow within a supportive, professional environment, this is your opportunity to thrive.Required Skills: Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas, in good standing with the State Bar. Over 3 years of plaintiff personal injury pre-suit and litigation experience. Proficiency in drafting demands, motions, and legal pleadings; excellent understanding of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional legal research and writing abilities. Ability to handle complex case issues, conduct depositions, and interface effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and experts. Nice to Have Skills: Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, preferred. Experience managing a portable caseload or working with auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and wrongful death cases. Familiarity with medical records analysis and case strategy development. Other Requirements: This is a fully onsite position at our Dallas office. Valid Texas Bar membership and good standing. Willingness to work closely with a team and engage in ongoing professional development.
