As the Systems Engineering Program Manager, you will be accountable for the overall portfolio of Advanced Programs efforts; alignment, coordination and structured maturation of multiple development and demonstration programs supporting company strategic growth and business plans. The Systems Engineering Program Manager will be expected to interface with the cross-functional project teams to ensure programs are executed within FMI’s gated technology development process and will be responsible for leading the verification of program plans, including baselining as well as program execution within the approved cost, schedule, quality and technical deliverables. As a leader within the Advanced Programs organization, additional duties will include developing and deploying Technical Project Management processes and tools in collaboration with the Program, Business Development and Manufacturing Engineering teams.\n\nWe are looking for a candidate who is a clear communicator and team builder. Someone who is detail oriented yet never loses sight of the customer commitments and strategic value.
