Landscape Crew Member
## Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for various outdoor tasks related to landscaping and groundskeeping. The ideal candidates will assist in various landscaping tasks to enhance outdoor spaces and maintain the beauty of properties.
## Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, weeding, trimming, raking, etc
- Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Operate hand tools and power equipment for landscaping
- Dig trenches for irrigation systems
- Support the team in maintaining garden beds, lawns and desert landscapes
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and up to quality standards
## Requirements
- Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools efficiently
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and tree trimming techniques is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor tasks efficiently

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
