Vice President of Sales Management
Leading the strategy for sales growth and agency relationships, the full-time remote Vice President of Sales Management will develop and execute sales initiatives, oversee key distribution partnerships, and drive performance metrics across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
Set and communicate the strategic vision for sales culture and go-to-market strategies across business units
Lead engagement with key distribution partners and cultivate relationships with industry stakeholders
Oversee the design and implementation of agency compensation plans and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Ten years of progressive leadership experience in insurance sales or distribution
Advanced insurance designations (CPCU, CIC) preferred
Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and resource allocation
Excellent knowledge of the insurance industry and effective relationship-building skills
