If you’re excited to be part of a team that’s leading the way in AI-powered collaboration, we’d love to meet you.\n\nWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Splash team!\nIn This Role, You Will::\nDesign and implement scalable, robust, and flexible integration solutions tailored to business needs.\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize integrations with external systems like Salesforce, Marketo, and Zoom.\nWork with AWS cloud native technologies to evolve an existing PHP stack.\nCollaborate with your Scrum team to scope, estimate, implement, and test new features and fixes, delivering them with a predictable, timely cadence and communicating proactively so others can depend on you.\nShare knowledge and mentor other engineers on good practices, technologies, and patterns.\nContribute to platform stability and performance improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with some of the best engineers in the industry to work on complex Software as a Service (SaaS) based applications.\nHere's What You Need::\n6+ years of experience as a professional software engineer in a full stack or backend-focused role.\nProficiency with TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js and Java.\nWillingness to learn and work with PHP.\nExperience designing and managing systems that move and synchronize data across platforms at scale.\nExcellent software design, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.\nProven ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and result-oriented culture.\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in distributed or fully remote teams.\nProficiency with AWS and infrastructure as code (IaC).\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\nPreferred Skills:\nProficiency with PHP.\nExperience developing with React as part of a team.\n\nHybrid: 2 days in office\n\nThis job posting is intended to comply with all applicable laws.
