GENERAL DUTIES:Develop cloud service delivery models and architectural frameworks to enable PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaSImplement automation for cloud resources using DevSecOps best practicesAnalyze applications and make recommendations for migration to cloud environmentsProvide strategies for failure/recovery and cost optimization of cloud servicesDevelop and implement cloud applications and migrate existing on-premises applications to the cloudDebug cloud stacks and manage policies for the use of cloud servicesEstablish secure cloud environments and ensure appropriate availability/uptime designWork independently designing and developing new software products for cloud environmentsEnhance existing cloud software for performance and scalabilityParticipate in Program Increments (PIs) and Agile Release Train (ART) activitiesSupport the multi-enclave environmentCollaborate with infrastructure and development teams to ensure seamless integration REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in software development with at least 3 years focused on cloud technologiesExperience with SAFe Agile frameworkStrong understanding of cloud security requirements in government environmentsAdvanced proficiency with:AWS GovCloud, SC2S, C2S cloud platformsInfrastructure as Code (Terraform)Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Cloud security implementationServerless computing (Lambda, S3)Database services (RDS, DynamoDB)Cloud networking and VPC configurationCI/CD pipelines for cloud deploymentsMonitoring and logging solutionsPython, .NET C#, or other development languagesMicroservices architectureAPI Gateway implementationElasticsearch, Splunk, and other data platformsCost optimization techniques for cloud resourcesHybrid cloud and on-premises integration DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Relevant cloud certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) preferredKnowledge of Nutanix and TerraformCLEARANCE:Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) with a CI polygraph.
