Job DescriptionTitle: Summer FellowDepartment: SalesLocation: NYCPay: $25/hr (maximum 32 hours per week)Duration: June 1st – August 7 (10 Weeks)OverviewDevelop the skills, experiences, and connections to accelerate your career in digital advertising.MiQ is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Summer Fellows. This fellowship program offers hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of the Sales Department. As a Summer Fellow, you will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, gain valuable skills, and learn from experienced professionals in the industry.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport commercial strategy and client pitch development for agency and brand partners.Gather and analyze market and campaign data to support strategic initiatives and client recommendations.Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, solve problems, and contribute to innovative solutions across projects.Participate in learning sessions with team members across the organization to gain a deeper understanding of our business, sales process, and how we develop and present client solutions.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate insights and support client-facing initiatives.Participate in team meetings and cross-functional discussions to contribute ideas and learn from different perspectives.Complete an independent project during the program to present at the conclusion of the fellowship.QualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated interest in Sales, Business Development, Digital Media, Programmatic Advertising, Marketing, Advertising Technology.Eligibility RequirementsAuthorized to work in the US (student visas and those requiring sponsorship will not be considered at this time) Be available for the full fellowship period Be able to commute to the local office where your fellowship is located Application InstructionsTo apply for the Summer Fellowship position, please submit the following documents:Resume/CV highlighting relevant coursework, experience, and skills.Cover letter expressing your interest in the fellowship and why you would be a great fit for the role.Please submit your application by April 11, 2026.
