This is not a dead-end support role. This is a structured, hands-on training and development position designed to turn strong operators into full Project Managers running their own projects, clients, and production. You will train directly under a Senior Mitigation PM (based in New York), learn the full job lifecycle end-to-end, and progressively take ownership of your own mitigation projects as you ramp.The role: What you'll actually doTrain directly under a Senior Mitigation Project Manager and progressively take ownership of your own mitigation projects as you ramp. Refine your ability to scope and manage water, mold, and environmental losses. Build strong fundamentals in documentation (photos, notes, job files, moisture logs). Learn industry software like DocuSketch (preferred), mobile documentation tools, and internal job-management systems (Xactimate/Symbility exposure is a plus) (as applicable). Drive inspections, measurements, job planning, and field coordination. Coordinate crews, equipment, vendors, and schedules. Communicate professionally with customers, building staff, and adjusters.
