This role covers the full lifecycle: leading clients through the initial transition onto new HCM and payroll platforms, and then staying engaged as their ongoing optimization partner — continuously refining configuration, workflows, and reporting as the client's needs evolve. You'll validate and migrate data, build and manage project plans, configure the system, train end users, and guide change management for new implementations, then transition into a recurring cadence of system health checks, process improvements, and platform updates for clients already live.
