This is not a role where programs disappear into a black hole after release. Our programmers are deeply involved in the manufacturing process and work closely with machinists, setup teams, engineering, and production leadership.ResponsibilitiesProgram complex 3-, 4-, and 5-axis machining centersDevelop efficient, production-ready machining strategiesTroubleshoot real-world machining and setup challengesOptimize cycle times, tooling, and machine performanceSupport setup personnel and machinists on the floorWork alongside highly skilled manufacturing professionals in a collaborative environmentContribute to continuous improvement efforts that actually get implemented QualificationsMulti-axis CNC programming experience (3-, 4-, and/or 5-axis)Required SkillsStrong Mastercam experience preferredHands-on setup and machining experienceExperience with Haas, Fanuc, Okuma, Mazak, or similar controlsStrong understanding of tooling, feeds/speeds, workholding, and GD&TAerospace, defense, medical, motorsports, or other precision manufacturing experience strongly preferredVericut and/or Fusion 360 experience is a plus Preferred SkillsUnderstanding machining beyond the computer screenKnow the difference between a program that “runs” and a process that is truly production capableCan think critically under pressureTake ownership of their workWant to be part of a high-level manufacturing environmentStill care about craftsmanship and precision Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive compensation based on experienceMedical, dental, and vision coveragePTO and paid holidays401(k)Long-term growth opportunity within a rapidly growing organization Equal Opportunity StatementWe are not looking for entry-level programmers or individuals without real machining experience.
