We’re not just a supplier—we’re a strategic partner.\nOur Vision\nTo redefine the metal roofing industry through unparalleled quality and unwavering integrity, setting the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer service across Florida and beyond.\nWhat You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):\nRecord daily transactions into QuickBooks with speed and accuracy\nReconcile bank and credit card statements monthly\nReconcile and record intercompany transactions\nReview AR Aging and collections weekly\nOversee accounts payable and vendor payment tracking\nMonitor and support inventory data integrity\nEnsure sales tax preparation and invoicing are completed on time\nSupport the controller with month-end close and reporting\nMaintain accurate, up-to-date general ledger records\nProvide financial insights to support leadership decision-making\nWhat Success Looks Like (KPIs & Deliverables):\nClean, timely, and accurate bookkeeping\nAll accounts reconciled monthly without error\nOn-time invoicing and sales tax reporting\nFinancial statements supported and submitted on schedule\nProactive communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams\nWhat You Bring:\nMinimum 2 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience\nProficiency with QuickBooks (Required)\nStrong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel for reconciliations and reporting\nHigh attention to detail and the ability to work independently\nBilingual in English & Spanish preferred but not required\nExperience in manufacturing, construction, or inventory-heavy environments a plus\nWhy Join Dynamic Metals?\nOur core values guide everything we do:\nPersonalized Service – We adapt to every client’s needs with care and attention.\nCommitment to Quality – Premium products.
