Conduct UX analysis, user research, and usability testing with cleared personnel to develop intuitive user flows and wireframes. Establish and maintain scalable design systems and UI standards in Figma to ensure consistency across applications. Design and develop responsive, user-focused web interfaces using modern frameworks such as React and Angular. Ensure all designs and interfaces meet Section 508 accessibility standards.\r\nRequirements\r\nActive TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.\r\n13 Years of experience in Systems or IT related roles or a highly related field of work with similar scope and responsibilities.\r\nA Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience and a Master’s Degree may be substituted for 6 years of experience.\r\nDemonstrated ability to organize complex data into intuitive navigation structures and sitemaps.\r\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, and prototyping) and Adobe XD.\r\nExperience developing user-facing web applications with React, Angular, or Vue.\r\nStrong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript.\r\nExperience integrating user interfaces with RESTful services/APIs.\r\nDesired Skills:\r\nExperience implementing SCSS/SASS and micro-animations to enhance user feedback.\r\nFamiliarity with Java Web, NodeJS, or AWS environments.\r\nExperience managing code repositories in GitLab and working within Agile/Scrum environments.\r\nExperience implementing Web Sockets for real-time data updates.\r\nExperience creating technical documentation and developing User Stories.Global Dimensions does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, age, national origin, marital status, disability, veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other reason prohibited by law in provision of employment opportunities and benefits.
