This position is on a Osceola County School Board project. The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Tasks include managing construction site activities, enforcing safety protocols, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.QualificationsExpertise in Construction Site Management and Construction SafetyStrong Organization Skills and Budgeting abilitiesPrior School Board work experience.Project Management experienceProficient with industry standards and regulationsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredRelevant certifications such as OSHA, PMP, or CSSGB are a plus
