We're looking for a natural connector and communicator who thrives in rooms full of smart, ambitious people — and who can make them genuinely excited about what SpeakON is building.You'll be our face at Silicon Valley events, meetups, and founder gatherings.You'll bring people into our world, grow our Discord community, and shape the content and strategy that keeps them engaged.What You'll Do - Represent SpeakON at AI, tech, and founder-focused events across the Bay Area (not limited to) — not as a booth rep, but as a genuine participant and conversation starter - Build relationships with our potential users - founders, operators, and early adopters who fit our user profile - Develop and execute community content strategy (discussions, events, newsletters, etc.) - Capture real user stories and insights from the field and feed them back to the product and marketing team - Identify partnership opportunities with adjacent communities, newsletters, and events Who You Are - You have a natural presence — people gravitate toward you in a room, and you can hold a crowd's attention without trying too hard - You're deeply interested in AI and the future of hardware — you follow this space closely and have opinions about it - You understand the world of founders and executives — their pain points, how they communicate, what they actually value - You think in content — you have instincts for what will resonate with a community and how to tell a story - You're action-oriented and comfortable figuring things out with limited direction - Bonus: you're already active in AI or startup communities in the Bay Area
