This candidate will serve as a key partner in managing employee relations across North America and LATAM, ensuring compliance with regional employment laws while aligning with global HR strategies. They will lead complex investigations, provide guidance on sensitive workplace matters, and work closely with leadership and legal teams to foster a positive and compliant work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global setting and is passionate about driving consistency, improving processes, and enhancing the employee experience.$45.00/hr to $50.00/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
