The ideal candidate has a strong technical\nbackground in electronics or battery systems, and is equally confident managing schedules, budgets,\ncustomer relationships, and cross-functional teams.\nAs a Program Manager, you will own the execution of programs from concept through production,\nensuring delivery of high-performance battery solutions that meet customer expectations, technical\nrequirements, and cost targets.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Leadership\nManage multiple programs concurrently from kickoff to production launch.\nBuild and track detailed program schedules with milestones, risk assessments, and mitigation\nplans.\nServe as the primary point of contact for customers, aligning requirements, deliverables, and\nexpectations.\nCoordinate internal engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain activities to drive\nexecution.\nCustomer & Technical Interface\nTranslate customer needs into actionable project requirements.\nCommunicate status updates, risks, and opportunities with internal and external stakeholders.\nLead technical reviews, design change discussions, and program milestone reviews.\nChange & Quality Management\nOversee BOM accuracy, revision control, and change tracking through ECN processes.\nSupport resolution of field and RMA issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with relevant safety and quality standards (UL, IEC, UN38.3, etc.).\nSupport for Prototyping & Production\nSupport prototype builds and testing activities.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure design-for-manufacturability.\nTrack supplier and material readiness to ensure program milestones are met.\nStrategic Impact\nContinuously improve program processes, communication tools, and execution efficiency.\nHelp shape internal best practices for customer engagement and program health reporting.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
