reviews and technical discussions, communicate implementation decisions and risks, and document technical decisions when appropriate.Use GenAI-assisted development tools effectively while and accountability.Required QualificationsAt least 5 years of professional frontend software development experience, including substantial hands-on experience building production web applications with React and TypeScript.Strong knowledge of React hooks, component architecture, state management, complex forms, modern JavaScript, and frontend engineering fundamentals.Practical experience writing unit and integration tests as part of everyday production development.Production experience consuming and integrating REST APIs, including handling application state, validation, errors, loading states, and API responses.Experience working in large, shared production codebases with established frontend architecture, engineering standards, and reusable component ecosystems.Strong experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, automated linting, testing, build processes, and CI/CD workflows.Ability to debug issues across the user interface, application state, API, and backend integration layers.Experience using GenAI-assisted coding tools while independently reviewing, validating, testing, and maintaining generated code.A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently, take ownership of features, and collaborate effectively with distributed, asynchronous engineering teams.Willingness to give and receive constructive code-review feedback and follow established engineering standards.Ability to take features from initial requirements through implementation, testing, production delivery, and verification.Preferred QualificationsExperience with monorepos, established
