This role also assists with insurance claims management, driver qualification files, and drug and alcohol testing programs while helping strengthen the company's overall safety culture.\nLocation 2900 N 3rd St, Effingham, IL 62401\nReports to Director of EHS\n$50,000 - $80,000 annually\nKey Responsibilities Must follow all company and personnel policies\nIdentifies company training needs and develops and coordinates training programs\nProvides leadership, direction and technical support to facilities to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations\nAssist with management of insurance claims\nConducts incident investigations, determines root causes and provides recommendations for corrective action\nAssist with driver qualification files and drug and alcohol testing\nConduct site assessments, submit recommendations and follow up on recommendations\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Leadership Characteristics Bachelor’s degree in safety management or a related field is preferred.
