Must be able to communicate effectively with tenants, team members and provide outstanding customer service.General Accountabilities:Perform routine and scheduled maintenance across multiple unitsDiagnose and repair problems with HVAC and water systemsPaintingPlumbing maintenance and repairPressure washingElectrical maintenance and repair (i.e. light bulb change, smoke detectors, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.)Perform move-in/out and semi-annual inspections alongside Property ManagerPreventative or seasonal maintenanceOrders parts, supplies, or equipmentPerforms general cleaning duties of properties which may include junk removalRecords type and cost of maintenance or repair workComputer competency is required to complete work orders*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.Job Qualifications:Experience and skilled across different maintenance tradesHigh school diploma or equivalent3+ years of related experienceLicensed driver and vehicleSkills:Computer competencyCustomer serviceCommunicationEquipment maintenanceRepairingTroubleshootingPhysical Demands:Ability to climb stairsAbility to travel up and down a ladderMay be required to lift up to 85 lbsMust be able to operate, if necessary, small machinery (i.e. Mower, weed-wacker, etc.)Our Company: We are a fast-growing Management company that provides opportunity for growth within the success and development of our company.
