No formal education is required — just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written instructions.\nKey Responsibilities\nVerify correct ingredients and materials for abrasive compound preparation.\nMeasure and weigh precise ingredient amounts according to work instructions.\nMix abrasive compounds accurately and consistently.\nPack prepared materials into molds for the sintering process.\nSupport forming and preparation of molds used in abrasive tooling production.\nCheck finished abrasives to ensure correct dimensions after sintering.\nFollow written work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\nUse basic shop tools and supplies as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nNo formal education required.\nExperience using basic shop tools and shop supplies.\nAbility to follow written work instructions accurately.\nStrong attention to detail and quality.\nComfortable measuring, weighing, and handling materials with precision.\nDependable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a manufacturing environment.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift materials throughout the shift.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious manufacturing, production, tooling, or shop experience.\nExperience with measuring, weighing, mixing, molding, or material preparation.\nBackground in abrasive tooling, ceramics, sintering, or precision manufacturing is a plus, but not required.\nAbility to work independently while staying aligned with production and quality expectations.\nWork Environment\nThis position is performed in a manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature variations.
