This position will be involved in helping develop student-athletes academically, athletically, and personally while maintaining compliance with ODE, OHSAA, NFHS, and district guidelines. ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning and conducting of practicesTeach wrestling fundamentals, strategy, and sportsmanshipSupervise student-athletes at practices, meets, tournaments, and team eventsSupport player development and team operations as assignedPromote academic eligibility and positive behaviorMaintain equipment and ensure a safe environment Compliance & SafetyFollow all ODE, OHSAA, NFHS, and district policies.Maintain required certifications (Pupil Activity Permit, NFHS courses, CPR/First Aid/AED).Adhere to all safety and supervision requirements.
