Job Title: IT Billing AnalystExperience: 2–3 yearsEmployment Type: Full Time Department: IT / Commercial ManagementLocation: Onsite - Adyar LocationPosition: 1Joining: ImmediateBudget:  INR 25,000Role Overview:The IT Contract & Billing Analyst supports internal IT teams by ensuring accurate vendor billing, effective contract tracking, and spend transparency. The role focuses on invoice validation, contract compliance, reporting, and coordination with Procurement, Finance, and vendors.Key Responsibilities:Validate IT vendor invoices against contracts, SOWs, rate cards, and SLAsTrack contract details including pricing, renewals, amendments, and billing milestonesIdentify billing variances, overcharges, and gaps; coordinate resolution with vendorsMaintain contract and billing trackers in agreed systems and repositoriesSupport monthly IT spend closing, audits, and financial reviewsPrepare standard MIS reports and dashboards for IT and Finance stakeholdersExcel & Reporting Skills (Mandatory)Strong working knowledge of MS ExcelAbility to analyze invoice and spend data and present insights clearlyBasic Power BI or dashboarding knowledge is a plusSkills & Competencies:Understanding of IT services, contracts, and billing modelsAttention to detail and strong financial/analytical mindsetGood communication and stakeholder coordination skillsComfortable working with ERP / ITSM tools (SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow preferred)Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business Administration, or related field2–3 years experience in IT billing, contract management, or commercial operation
