Additional duties may be assigned to meet business needs.\n\nEssential Job Function\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain applications using C# and the .NET stack, including .NET MVC, .NET Core 8.0, Web API, Telerik Kendo UI, and NPM.\n\nBuild and enhance web applications using ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC with modern client-side technologies such as JavaScript, CSS/SASS, jQuery, Bootstrap, and TypeScript.\n\nDevelop efficient data access layers using Entity Framework, LINQ, and ADO.NET.\n\nWrite and optimize SQL Server database objects, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, UDFs, and triggers, leveraging SQL Server 2022 features.\n\nSupport complex database architectures and participate in database migration efforts.\n\nDesign and maintain service-oriented components using WCF.\n\nImplement unit testing using frameworks such as NUnit and MSTest to ensure code quality and reliability.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues across application, database, and server tiers.\n\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to design, review, and deliver high-quality software solutions.\n\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies and practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in computer science or related degree and 8 years of experience as a Software Engineer.\n\nThe ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust with the Federal government is mandatory.\n\nEmployer-based sponsorship is not available for this role.
