Reporting to the Implementation Manager, this is a hybrid role that dedicates roughly 50–70% of time to hands-on partner onboarding and 30–50% to serving as the department's system administrator for our third-party client onboarding platform.\n\nOn the implementation side, this person is a partner's primary point of contact during a high-stakes transition – guiding them from kickoff through go-live with clear communication, strong project coordination, and sound judgment under ambiguity. On the admin side, they own the platform itself – maintaining and optimizing the workflows, templates, and integrations that power the onboarding experience as partner volume grows.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead new partner onboarding from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the transition\nCollaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Filing Services teams to deliver a seamless and positive onboarding experience\nMaintain, update, and optimize existing onboarding workflows and templates within the onboarding platform, leveraging AI to improve efficiency and accuracy\nManage user roles, permissions, and access within the onboarding platform, troubleshooting issues as they arise\nIdentify opportunities to streamline or automate onboarding steps as partner volume scales\nSupport API and connector integrations with other business systems\nDocument workflows, configurations, and standard processes to maintain operational clarity and enable team scalability\nPartner with the Implementation Manager to align on process improvements and platform enhancements\nRequired to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required\n3+ years of SaaS implementation experience with proven project coordination skills\n3+ years of technical support experience with hands-on system configuration and workflow design\nStrong client-facing communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to guide partners through complex transitions with clarity and professionalism\nExperience with API and connector integrations and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently\nComfortable working independently in a supported environment while staying collaborative with broader Implementation and CS teams\nSurplus lines tax filing and compliance knowledge preferred\n\nPerks\nHealth, dental, and vision plans\nAmazing work-life balance with 4 weeks of Paid Time Off\n10 Paid Company Holidays with 2 floating holidays\n401K Programs with employer match\nPersonal assistance programs for support in a healthy personal and work life\n\nWhy InsCipher?\n\nAt InsCipher, you'll join a team of disruptors, innovators, and forward-thinkers.
