This position requires experience and passion for coding, and a strong desire to solve our customers’ unique technology challenges.\nRole and Responsibilities:\nProvide technical leadership and strategy in the development of enterprise applications.\nDeliver hands-on Power Platform development to streamline and automate organizational business processes.\nDevelop application Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and Minimal Viable Products (MVPs) to demonstrate and iteratively build on their business value and functionality.\nIntegrate Power Platform with other systems using Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.\nAssess business needs and recommend a suitable and optimal technology stack.\n\nRequired Skills\nAn active TS/SCI with polygraph.\nMinimum of 3 years with hands-on professional experience developing applications using Microsoft Dynamics, D365, and Power Platform including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and Power Pages.\nMinimum of 5 years of total IT experience.\nAdvanced capabilities and knowledge developing in Power Platform and Dynamics.\nStrong experience Integrating Power Platform with other systems using Azure, Data Factory, Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, REST APIs, and custom connectors.\nLead the definition of back-end solutions for Power Platform, including Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, or other databases.\nStrong background in C# and .NET development.\nExpertise with Visual Studio.\nExperience working on a Scrum team using a ticket management system (Azure DevOps or Jira).\nExemplary communication skills.\nPreferred Skills\nMicrosoft Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and / or Dynamics 365.\nProficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, SPFx, SASS/CSS3, and HTML5.\n$175,000 - $190,000 a year\nThe above salary range represents a general guideline; however, TrueTandem considers several factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.\n\nIn addition, TrueTandem provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, dental and vision plans, life and disability insurance, company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
