In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective clients, and provide expert consultation on payroll and human capital management solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client needs assessments, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation. You will also stay informed about market trends to maintain a competitive edge and represent Auris in a professional manner to meet and exceed sales targets. Qualifications Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship managementSolid understanding of payroll solutions, HR management systems, and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to assess client needs and deliver customized solutionsComfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) software and related toolsStrong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindsetBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Proven experience in payroll/HR solutions sales is a plus
