and develop optimal packaging solutions.\nStay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices for medical device packaging.\nConduct and interpret lab testing to ensure packaging meets performance requirements.\nMaintain a strong understanding of cost-optimization principles for packaging design.\nDocument packaging processes and procedures.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree /Diploma in Engineering, Packaging Science, or a related field (required).\nMinimum 5 years of experience in medical device packaging engineering.\nProven ability to independently manage complex medical device packaging or similar projects.\nExperience leading and managing a team of engineers (a plus).\nUnderstanding of medical device regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, ISO).\nExperience
