Administrative Assistant / Claims Processor
Opening position for an Administrative Assistant / Claims Processor to process a high volume of mail, calls and other tasks in a timely and organized manner. The processing of our mail deliveries pertains to filing claims for unclaimed property held with government agencies. You will also learn how to prepare/compile documents for submission to government agencies to recover unclaimed property for our clients. Applicants must be detail-oriented, comfortable asking questions, have strong problem-solving skills, and have experience with data entry and working with CRMs. The ideal candidate will possess the following abilities:
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Strong team support experience
Critical thinking & reasoning; problem-solving
Complex transaction management software experience
Good math skills, Excel worksheet skills & typing skills
Skiptrace/Legal Assistant experience are pluses
Spanish speaking is a plus
This is a full time position; Monday-Friday 9am-5pm in our Burlington, WA office.
Starting pay is $18.00 - $21.00 (depending on qualifications) + participation in a profit sharing plan.
You will have the option of participating in a 401(k) plan.
