By taking time to listen and truly understanding your customer's unique sanitation and process needs, you will be able to offer solutions that improve quality, create efficiencies, and increase both productivity and profitability.\nOvernight travel is required throughout southern MN, based on business needs.\nPrimary responsibilities include:\nTrain customers on proper sanitation techniques and their importance for producing safe, wholesome food and beverage quality\nProvide direction and leadership - grow business within your account.\nManage sanitation programs proactively and consultatively\nFocus on process improvement in Quality, Employee and Food Safety and Cost.\nDetermine, manage, articulate sequential steps necessary to meet program goals.\nPrepare written service / usage reports as requested by customers/managers.\nProvide continuous profit improvement opportunities for customers.\nIdentify and facilitate corrective actions on-site immediately.\nWork closely with the Regional Sales Manager to meet annual goals and objectives.\nBuild strong customer relationships from the production floor to the executive office.\nBecome a valued resource for your customers and their sanitation processes.\nParticipate in RCRA, regulatory, health & safety and process training activities as required. Review changes/additions with your supervisor. Must be RCRA compliant.\nREPORTING STRUCTURE\nThis position reports to the Regional Manager\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE\nBS Degree in, Food or Dairy Science, or Chemical Engineering preferred.\nExperience in the food/beverage industry or customer service role preferred.\nMechanical aptitude.\nExperience with Microsoft Excel and Word\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).\nValid driver's license and excellent driving record (company car provided)\nAbility to write, speak, and understand Spanish proficiently.\nMust have communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English.\nADDITIONAL BENEFITS\nBenefits and perks include 401k and profit sharing, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, legal services insurance, scholarship awards for children of employees, summer picnic, community giving events, free family wellness coaching including nutritionist and fitness coach.\nWANT TO STAY CONNECTED?
