This is a field-based role that combines direct participant support with employer and community outreach.\nThe Role\nThis position brings together participant-focused work, community engagement, and program coordination:\n· Participant Support & Training Placement\nWork directly with participants to assess skills, address employment barriers, and place them in training opportunities with nonprofit and municipal host agencies.\n· Community Outreach & Partnership Development\nBuild and maintain relationships with local organizations, employers, and workforce partners to expand training opportunities and strengthen the program’s presence.\n· Program Coordination & Compliance\nMaintain accurate documentation within a federally funded program, ensuring accountability and alignment with program requirements.\nCandidates should be able to travel reliably within their assigned service area.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nExperience in workforce development, human services, education, or a related field.\nStrong interpersonal and organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently across a defined service area.\nComfort balancing direct service work with detailed documentation.\nValid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.\nCompensation & Benefits\n$42,000–$45,000 annually\nComprehensive benefits package.\nFlexible schedule.\nGenerous paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and holidays.\nWhy This Role Matters\nThis role provides direct, visible impact.
